Parents' Auxiliary

The 2009-2010 officers and board of directors of the Rosemont School Parents' Auxiliary.

All Rosemont School parents belong to the auxiliary. Through scheduled events and a supportive network, parents help the school program and create a social community. The auxiliary invites all parents to participate as fully as possible. Events are always exciting and fun, and parents' special talents make each year's program unique.

Chairpersons and their husbands for the Parents' Auxiliary Spring Auction 2010: "Nostalgic Night ... Back to the '80s We Go!"

• Art Exhibits in the Mansion's great hall: sales benefit the Endowment Fund. Each month features a different artist.
• Annual Golf & Tennis Outing sponsored by the Fathers' Committee has been held each fall for five years, most recently at the Philadelphia Country Club. This outing is a fun day of golf and tennis and a way for parents to connect and socialize. Proceeds benefit the School's Financial Aid Fund.
• Book Fair and Author's Reception: sales benefit the school directly. Each November Scholastic Press provides a variety of leisure reading choices for all ages from Nursery through eighth grade. In conjunction with the Book Fair, the school honors a local author who visits classrooms and talks about the craft of writing.
• Spring Auction: proceeds benefit the school directly. The signature event of the Parents' Auxiliary, the Spring Auction is a lively event that combines a silent and live auction.
